Talia saw the need in the world for a safe, unbiased space to show up as your unfiltered self, and it inspired her to become a the therapist she is today. Talia takes pride in creating a warm, inviting environment where the foundation of the therapeutic relationship is built on trust and safety. She is passionate about helping her clients successfully navigate through life transitions, hardships, relationships, body image, disordered eating, and experienced trauma.
Talia works from an integrative approach, taking the time to really understand all parts of her clients’ lives. Through approaches such as Individual Family Systems (IFS), she can help you in identifying and accessing protective and wounded parts of yourself. Talia is skilled in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which she uses to teach her clients coping skills for interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness.

With a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Talia differentiates than other life coaching. Talia is held to the highest ethical standard by the State Licensure Board, thus she can ensure she practices coaching in an ethical manner.
