A Body Image Talk for the Holidays

We are so excited to partner with Social Steps Atlanta to bring a virtual workshop to you all around how to talk and love your body, especially around the holidays.
Holidays are for bringing people together and attending a lot of parties and events, but when you aren’t feeling great about your body, this can be a hard place to find yourself in. Whether that is trying to find a holiday dress to wear that you feel confident in or struggling with negative thoughts about the food you indulged in, there is a way to not feel guilt and shame towards your body and we are going to teach you how!
Talia is an associate professional counselor that works with women to empower and find their sense of self, despite society’s expectations. If you struggle with or know someone who struggles with body image and their relationship with food or self, join us for this free virtual workshop on November 26th at 7pm.
